General Terms and Conditions applicable to Use of a Web Site

Aid and Attendance

Veteran Caregivers offers consultation with a VA Agent to fill out your paperwork for Aid & Attendance for the VA.

CONFIRMATION

Booking a service online doesn’t guarantee you a spot for that date/time. You will be contacted by email, text, or phone with a confirmation.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Veteran Caregivers has the right to refuse service for any reason at any time.

EMPLOYEE SAFETY AND COVID-19

Veteran Caregivers reserves the right to remove its employees from your home should the environment become unsafe. Our cancellation policy will apply. Due to Covid-19, you must meet the following conditions to be a client of Fresh Tech Maid:

• You or any member of your household, have no Covid-19 in the last 5days.

• You or anyone in your household have no contact with anyone who had Covid 19 in the last 5 days.

• You or any member of your household have no flu-like symptoms and no fever without medication in the last 7 days.

• It is your obligation to call Fresh Tech Maid at 847.392.0888 Ext 2 at least 10 hours before a cleaning, if any of the above status changes.

• Support our cleaning technician to practice social distancing, keeping at least 6 feet away from others in the home.

SATISFACTION POLICY

Veteran Caregivers cannot guarantee results.  The VA will determine if you qualify for the benefit.  We will do everything in our power to assist, appeal, and communicate with the VA regarding your file, but we can not guarantee results.
